🚚 Shipping Policy (Lebanon)

At Turmeric Glow™, we aim to deliver your luxury skincare experience quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below.

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across Lebanon, including Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South, and Bekaa.

  • Orders outside Lebanon are not supported at this time (international shipping coming soon).

⏱ Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Beirut and Greater Beirut: usually within 2–3 days.

  • Remote areas: allow up to 5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation message with tracking/updates once your order is dispatched.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Beirut & Mount Lebanon: Flat fee of $3 (USD equivalent in LBP).

  • Other regions in Lebanon: Flat fee of $4–5 (USD equivalent in LBP) depending on courier partner.

  • Orders above $60 qualify for Free Shipping.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (Beirut time) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

🚚 Couriers

We work with trusted Lebanese delivery partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen courier delays.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct address and phone number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in additional charges.

  • In rare cases of delays (strikes, weather, force majeure), we will notify you immediately.
